Our tradition of food and hospitality began with the establishment of Swasth Foods Restaurant in Chennai.

This restaurant in the city served the people around with authentic, healthy south Indian dishes along with

traditional sweets and savouries. Later Swasth Foods diversified into the business of convenience foods and

ready to eat products. Swasth foods renamed to KoKiSh Foods registered itself as a private limited company

and branded its specialities as FIDLIES. With lot of inputs from the younger generation, Fidlies innovated new

flavours of healthy idlies in a mouth-watering Chinese cuisine style.The fun filled journey of Idlies began there...
